A prominent development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Administration Executive to assist the Group Marketing Team. The role entails managing inquiries, maintaining branding consistency, and supporting administrative tasks such as preparing Purchase Orders and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa. Job Specification: Overall assist the Group Marketing Team

Assist in managing inquiries and email via Tan & Tan's website and social media platforms.

Assist in maintaining branding consistency for marketing.

Provide support with general administrative tasks, including:

Preparing LOA / Purchase Order

Online applications for authority approvals

Managing payments, recording transactions, and controlling the budget.

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and administrative roles is required.

Experience in managing social media platforms and website content is needed.

Knowledge and understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and digital marketing tools are necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa are required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of website management tools are needed.

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.

The candidate should be team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
