Job summary

onsemi Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support daily equipment maintenance and uptime in a semiconductor testing environment. You will work with turret-based handlers and automated vision inspection, driving MTBA performance and quality output for critical production lines.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic/Electronics with several years of relevant experience and can troubleshoot, set up, and follow OCAP/SOP/buyoff procedures to deliver reliable

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic/Electronics with several years of semiconductor testing experience.
Knowledge of turret-based handlers, multisite discrete and analog testing, and automatic vision inspection.
Ability to troubleshoot and align with OCAP, SOP and buyoff procedures.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine RCM task to ensure equipment is in tip top condition.
Check and service ownership machine to sustain MTBA performance.
Attend repair tickets timely with urgency and skill to ensure uptime.
Coordinate with shift ME on output focus, perform troubleshooting, setup or conversion.
Isolate and test rejects to keep scrap under control and comply with quality output.
