Bruker in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to act as the primary interface for new and existing hardware products. You will support product development builds and drive improvements while ensuring high quality and performance.

You will design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes, collaborating with Design Engineers to meet Bruker's standards. Strong CAD skills and BOM/ECO experience are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Masters +3 years in related field or BS +5 years experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience creating/editing parts, assemblies, drawings in SolidWorks and/or SolidEdge.
• Familiar with GD&T, BOM structures, ECOs, and SAP material masters.

Aufgaben

• Create CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks and SolidEdge per requirements.
• Revise CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks and SolidEdge per requirements.
• Prepare ECOs for parts, BOMs, routings, and product documentation.
• Prepare, release, and revise company procedures per process requirements.
• Prepare, release, and revise off the shelf parts data sheets via ECO process.
• Prepare, release, and revise assembly work instructions for production.
• Develop Manufacturing Processes, Documentation, Tooling, and Test Fixtures.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
