Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Operations, Program Management, or related technical functions.
Experience in high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environments.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with suppliers, customers, and global teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operations Support & Manufacturing Excellence: lead manufacturing operations support and drive operational excellence.
Quality Management & Governance: oversee quality systems and governance.
Project & Program Management: plan and execute cross-functional projects.
Customer Engagement & Success: manage customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Partnership: collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
