In this hands-on role, you will design the warehouse setup, manage logistics processes, and ensure operational efficiency. A successful candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, be adept at assessing risks, and comfortable working on-site to fine-tune processes. The Strategy & Projects team works with teams across all departments in Grab to drive continuous improvements and lead projects which would contribute to overall growth of the business. The team generates business insights, proposes data‑driven strategic initiatives and leads large projects to grow the business across Mobility, Deliveries & Groceries (Jaya Grocer & Everrise).
You will play a critical part in building and operationalizing an end‑to‑end fulfillment and logistics solution. You will set up our fulfillment infrastructure—from identifying suitable facility locations, designing warehouse layouts, building warehouse process flows and establishing logistics models. This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable spending time in the warehouse and on the ground to fine‑tune processes and flows. You will shape the operational foundation that enables us to deliver a great customer experience while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.
