Senior Manager Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

A leading semiconductor client in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Business Process Analyst (Manager/Senior Manager) to join their growing team. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Business Process Analyst team, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, agility, and service levels.
  • Oversee process governance and documentation, ensuring clarity, ownership, and compliance.
  • Manage system and process improvement projects, working with IT and business teams from requirements to UAT and training.
  • Provide first-line support for supply chain systems and processes, resolving day‑to‑day issues and enabling smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Strong supply chain expertise, including planning, S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and process alignment with strategic goals.
  • Hands-on ERP experience, preferably with SAP WM, MM, and SD, along with skills in process mapping, master data, and data visualization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience developing teams and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced global environment.
