As part of their continued expansion, particularly in the northern region, they are looking to bring on board a Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive project launches and strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Drive marketing initiatives that support sales targets, business growth, and project profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet business goals, uncover new opportunities, and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Lead and manage the sales & marketing team to achieve departmental and company-wide KPIs, both in volume and quality.
  • Ensure effective utilisation of A&P budgets to maximise sales performance and reach target audiences.
  • Execute marketing campaigns aligned with approved concepts and corporate branding standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide product briefs and introduce unique selling propositions where possible.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to explore business development and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to drive sales and brand outcomes.
  • Review and develop pricing strategies and sales packages to optimise revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct product briefings for internal sales teams, external agencies, and legal partners.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess a Degree in business management, marketing or related field.
