Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
  • Possess referral partners networking with architects, interior designers and building contractors.
  • Experience in the lift, escalator, or building services industry is highly advantageous.

  • Achieve yearly sales volume by developing proposals and converting leads.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic market planning.
  • Collaborate with Project and Engineering teams for timely project completion.
  • Liaise with principals on sales and marketing matters.
  • Ensure full collection of payments upon project completion.
  • Conduct product training and coordinate technical sessions with manufacturers.

EITA has recently acquired an 80% stake in Branco Accessibility Solution (M) Sdn Bhd (2024), marking the beginning of an exciting expansion phase. As we strengthen our position in the home lift and accessibility solutions market, we are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager, Sales to lead our growth journey.

This pivotal role will spearhead our sales strategy, drive revenue performance, build strong customer networks, and ensure each project is delivered with excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve yearly sales volume by developing proposals, quotations, and converting leads into successful projects.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic market planning and effective client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Project and Engineering teams to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with principals on sales and marketing matters, including product updates, certifications, and technical improvements.
  • Ensure full collection of payments upon project completion.
  • Develop and update sales and marketing materials, including training new sales personnel and agents on product knowledge.
  • Conduct product training and coordinate technical sessions with manufacturers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale projects.

Possess referral partners networking with architects, interior designers and building contractors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong project management to collaborate and problem solve with project teams to deliver project on time to enhance client experience to build branding.

Ability to build social media marketing channel and create a "referral engine" to generate sales lead.

Experience in the lift, escalator, or building services industry is highly advantageous.

Proactive, strategic thinker with strong business acumen and customer focus.
