Job summary

Job description

To ensure the Group's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable standards i.e. ISO31000, ISO37001 Anti‑Bribery Management System and strategic imperatives of the Group.

To perform risk assessment, review and action planning processes for the Group with the focus on identification of the key risk exposures and mitigating action plans.

To review and monitor the risk action plans on a regular basis through communication with the various risk owners.

To conduct the PESTEL analysis on the Group and identifying current risks related to the Group.

To prepare, review and present the quarterly risk reports for submission to the Management Risk Team, Risk Management Committee and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.

Review the effectiveness of existing risk management policies/methodologies and recommend relevant changes.

To perform other special projects or ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

To conduct quarterly risk challenge sessions with Process Owners (workshop sessions) for Integrated Projects and International portfolio.

To establish and monitor Group‑wide risk & opportunity risk assessment initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy or related business field.
  • At least 8–10 years relevant working experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • High levels of business acumen. Possess a good blend of strategic and operational experience and the ability to see the "big picture" and also deep dive into details.
  • Articulate communicator and able to communicate complex concepts in risk management to business leaders and what the risks mean to their business.
