Drive a future-focused and data-driven total rewards and HR operations strategy that enhances organizational performance, employee engagement, and business sustainability. The role leads the design and governance of total rewards frameworks, encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition, while ensuring operational excellence through HR digitalization, analytics, and policy modernization. The incumbent will champion HR process transformation to support a high-performing, agile, and people-centric organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Total Rewards Leadership

Design and execute a progressive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals, employee experience, and evolving market practices (including pay transparency, well-being programs, and skills-based rewards).

Lead periodic market benchmarking and predictive analytics to maintain competitiveness and internal equity across all pay and benefits programs.

Partner with senior leadership to align total rewards with talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies.

Rewards Governance & Annual Review

Oversee the annual performance and compensation review cycle—including salary structure, incentive design, and promotion calibration—to ensure fairness, transparency, and business alignment.

Introduce data-driven compensation insights to support decision-making and budget planning.

HR Operations Excellence

Lead a digitally enabled HR operations framework covering payroll, benefits administration, time management, statutory compliance, and documentation.

Optimize HRIS functionality and employee self-service platforms to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Ensure robust governance and data integrity across all HR processes.

Policy, Compliance & Advisory

Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with future-of-work trends and regulatory compliance.

Serve as the subject matter expert to HR Business Partners and management on compensation, benefits, labor legislation, and industrial relations.

Champion fair and consistent policy application across the organization.

HR Analytics & Insights

Harness HR data and analytics to forecast workforce costs, identify retention risks, and measure the impact of rewards programs.

Provide strategic insights to leadership for talent planning, productivity, and engagement improvements.

Employee Relations & Experience

Strengthen employee relations and engagement through transparent communication and equitable policies.

Support initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition as part of the total rewards ecosystem.

Lead HR operational transformation projects emphasizing automation, process simplification, and digital adoption.

Stay abreast of global HR trends (e.g., hybrid work, flexible benefits, pay equity, and AI in HR) and integrate best practices into company’s HR framework.

Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

At least 9 years of relevant working experience in total rewards / compensation and benefits, or related fields.
