Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-store retail operations (daily performance, service quality, SOP adherence)
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and store KPIs across all outlets
  • Lead, coach, and develop Retail Managers, Pharmacists, and Store Teams
  • Improve customer experience, retail standards, and service excellence
  • Execute promotions, merchandising plans, planograms, and category strategies
  • Strengthen stock management, stock turns, expiry control, and replenishment discipline
  • Ensure full compliance with MOH/pharmacy regulations, safety, and operational SOPs
  • Work closely with Merchandising, SCM, Finance, and Marketing to achieve business targets
  • Expand outlets, identify new retail opportunities, and execute store launch readiness
Requirements
  • 10–15 years experience in multi-store retail management
  • Background in Pharmacy chains (Caring, Watsons, Guardian, Alpro, BIG, AA Pharmacy) is highly advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, OTC products, and wellness categories
  • Analytical and data-driven; able to manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Hands‑on, customer‑centric, and committed to operational excellence
  • Ability to travel nationwide to lead and support store teams
