Senior Manager - Property Business Development

To source new land and business ventures.

To prepare feasibility studies, market research, business proposals and joint venture terms.

To study and analyze project development proposals and make recommendations.

To develop the concept, product, target market and conduct market research.

To source investors, en‑bloc sale opportunities, anchor tenants or tenant mix.

To monitor and manage budget, project cost and attend project meetings (CCM).

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management / Property / Valuation.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in property development company, valuation or property consultancy firm.
• Strong negotiation and writing skills.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision‑making.
• Self‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
