Job description
Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and the overall HR strategy.

Manage the full lifecycle of HRMS platforms, including assessment, selection, configuration, and deployment.

Drive the adoption and integration of new HRMS technologies (e.g., HRIS, Payroll) to enhance HR service delivery.

Process Optimization & System Enhancements:

Collaborate and ensure seamless integration of HRMS with other business systems (e.g., finance, operations), if any.

Leverage technology to improve SLAs, reduce manual effort, and enhance service quality.

Monitor system performance and user experience to identify improvement areas.

Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of HRMS systems enhancements.

Governance & Standardization:

Establish governance frameworks for system usage, data management, and process consistency across Business Groups (BG).

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., PDPA, labour laws).

Promote standardization of HR processes enabled by technology.

Regularly audit systems for compliance with security and data protection standards, and data integrity/accuracy.

Identify and mitigate risks related to HR technology systems and processes.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage HRMS to gather data and produce insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other key HR metrics, for key business decisions.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems.

Stakeholder Management & Vendor Relationships:

Act as a key liaison between People team, IT, vendors, and business groups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external HR technology vendors and service providers to manage contracts, SLAs, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with senior People leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements and align HRMS enhancements with organizational needs.

Ensure effective communication and training for People team users on system capabilities, changes, and updates.

Manage a small team of HR technology professionals, providing leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team.

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful HR technology deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, or HRIS management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within HR function.

Extensive experience with HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, FlexHR or similar HRIS systems.

Demonstrate experience in leading HR technology implementation and optimization projects.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.

Expertise in HR data analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to extract actionable insights from HR systems.

Familiarity with HR technology best practices and trends, as well as emerging HR technologies (e.g., AI, automation, cloud-based solutions).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate project management skills, with experience in managing medium to large-scale, complex HR technology projects.

Experience in leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
