Job description

Senior Manager - Marketing (Property Developer)

Lead in the formulation of marketing strategies and develop marketing plans and budget, advertising and promotional programs and product pricing to ensure sales target are met.

Strategize, plan, organize and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotions activities.

Oversee and ensure that the Developer’s license is obtained from the authorities.

Liaise with Project Department, external consultants, advertising agencies, suppliers, lawyers and bankers to ensure the smooth implementation of sales launches.

Ensure the company’s website is constantly maintained and updated for branding and promotional activities.

Conduct market analysis on the customer needs and requirements to enhance product and company’s competitiveness.

Formulate, develop and execute a comprehensive business development, marketing and PR / Communications strategy.

Identify new business, partnerships, sales and revenue-generation opportunities.

Develop new growth strategies and plan for business enhancement on current business or project undertaken that can benefit the Company.

Initiate contact and liaise with prospective investors, sponsors, partners and clients - local and international. Develop strategies for branding and marketing that align with the company’s goals.

Ensure good corporate governance practices, compliance with all policies, procedures and guidelines within the Group.

Manage existing customers and create the avenue to up-sell and cross-sell new services to these clients.

Co‑ordinate internal resources for service delivery and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure quality of service fulfillment and uphold customer service excellence.

Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• At least 7 years of management level experience in marketing in property development industry.
• Knowledge of rules and guidelines on property industry in terms of advertisement/marketing agency. Good interpersonal, negotiation, sales, marketing and business writing skills.
• Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Conversant in Mandarin/other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work closely with team members.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property Development or equivalent.
• A strategic thinker and a problem-solver, effective time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Possess natural leadership qualities, excellent presentation skills and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude.
• Able to formulate and execute marketing and PR strategies in line with the company’s goals, target, vision and objectives.
• Able to work independently and takes pride and ownership with strong attention to details.
