Position Summary

The DA Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in managing the product lifecycle, launching new products, analysing market trends, and driving consumer engagement. They work closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and retail marketing teams to ensure products meet market demands and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for DA products to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from supply and demand planning to Go‑to‑Market execution.
  • Introduce new products, coordinate transitions and end‑of‑life strategies.
  • Coordinate with R&D and supply chain to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, promotion, and retail activation.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with media and advertising teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and demand.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop strategies that drive sell‑in and sell‑out.
  • Provide product training and key selling points to sales teams and retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and consumer promotions.
  • Drive consumer education on product benefits through social media, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Work closely with HQ, RHQ, and cross‑functional teams to align product and marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local marketing guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales data interpretation, and marketing strategy development.
