To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development processes.

Assist General Manager / Deputy General Manager in ensuring smooth planning, implementation and successful completion of projects involved.

To be involved in product development and market studies.

Work closely with other consultant, towards accomplishing targeted datelines and milestones.

Liaise internally with different department e.g. sales & marketing, procurement & etc in developing design.

Organize/attend meetings or presentations for projects involves.

Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering or Architecture
• Master's Degree is a plus
• Must have experience in managing development projects
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels while possessing strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Familiar with managing consultants, submission & authority approval
• Able to work under tight timeline.
