What you’ll be doing

• Expand Objective Finance business via new products category financing
• Form business alliances with partners to create mutual benefits
• Carry out improvement plans to increase merchants’ active ratio
• Develop products and branding initiatives
• Initiate, discuss and negotiate with key partners for collaboration, campaigns and promotions
• Conduct marketing surveys to gather market trend, competitor activities and customer behaviour data
• Build and maintain good relationships between company, merchants and partners to create better business opportunities
• Handle merchant/customer complaints and feedback to improve customer service
• Propose and enhance existing easy payment schemes to stay competitive
• Propose effective easy payment POSM and create greater public awareness
• Provide effective sales tools to MSE and merchants
• Manage nationwide campaigns from idea generation to successful launch, post-launch monitoring and analysis
• Support company sales campaigns and awareness activities

What we’re looking for

• BA (Hons) in Commerce/Marketing or related fields
• 5+ years working experience at supervisory level in marketing, preferable in a fast‑paced working environment
• Experience in product development is preferred
• Own transport and ability to travel outstation as and when required
