The role involves guiding a team of specialists, acting as the principal architect, and establishing a strategic roadmap for the solution. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience in SAP systems. Proficient English and ABAP skills are preferred. Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management or Finance Asset Management.
  • Experience in SAP Cash Management and Bank Communication Management is a plus.
  • 5 end-to-end system implementation/rollout projects.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a team of SAP Treasury and Cash Management specialists, fostering a collaborative environment to meet team goals.
  • Act as the principal architect for the SAP Treasury and Cash Management solution, ensuring optimal design and implementation.
  • Establish the strategic roadmap for the Treasury and Cash Management solution, aligning with business objectives.
  • Assess the latest market solutions to ensure our technology remains competitive.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Assist the project manager by providing effort estimations and contributing to the project plan.
  • Evaluate the impact of system changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee the team’s delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing with the support team to ensure a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
  • Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and assist in evaluating vendors or products.
  • Review existing processes and propose solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Serve as the escalation point for daily support issues.
Minimum Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Business or other relevant discipline

Experience

  • 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) or Finance Asset Management (FAM)
  • Experience in SAP Cash Management and Bank Communication Management is a plus
  • Experience of 5 end-to-end system implementation/ rollout project
  • Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
  • ABAP (debugging) skills
  • Experience in Insurance company is a plus

Additional skills

  • Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of IFRS9 and IFRS17 is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English,
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary.
