Position Title: Senior Manager, Human Capital Business Driver (HCBD)

Reporting To: Head, Group HCBD

Role Purpose: The Senior Manager, Human Capital Business Driver (HCBD) holds a strategic leadership role, serving as the primary interface between Group Human Capital (GHC) and the Business Unit (BU). This position is accountable for translating long‑term BU strategic objectives into comprehensive human capital strategies and executable plans that drive profitable growth and organizational resilience. The role requires a strong understanding of the BU's financial performance and P&L drivers, actively advising stakeholders on workforce investment strategies and the Return on Investment (ROI) of human capital initiatives. The incumbent is expected to champion organizational design, talent management, change leadership, and ensure the highest standards of governance and ethical practice across the entire Business Unit.

Key Accountability
  • Lead the integration of Human Capital (HC) strategies to directly boost BU profitability, customer experience, and people initiatives
  • Establish and measure the ROI (Return on Investment) for people initiatives, linking results (direct/indirect) to financial outcomes and strategic goals
  • Facilitate long‑term workforce planning and resource rationalization across the division to ensure the BU structure meets future market and technology needs
  • Manage, develop, and mentor a team of HCBDs to effectively execute HC programs and serve as credible BU partners
  • Oversee all manpower statistics, recruitment, and team mobilization to ensure a healthy talent pipeline aligns with future business needs
  • Lead the governance and execution of large‑scale business process transformations, aligning process changes with human capital structure
  • Act as the senior internal consultant for BU leaders on Organizational Design (OD), including complex job evaluations and structure changes
  • Drive the strategic development of career paths (EMD) for all BU roles, using data analytics to provide financially sound, evidence‑based recommendations
  • Serve as the primary HC advisor to all BU leaders on people costs, compensation, and benefits, ensuring competitive, equitable, and financially compliant practices
  • Provide critical insights and guidance to the BU on people‑related risk, employee sentiment, and cultural alignment
  • Ensure execution of all organizational governance, controls, and policies at the divisional level, overseeing HC planning, budgeting, and reporting for compliance
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of progressive working experience in the Human Resources domain, including a minimum of 3‑5 years in a supervisory/management role overseeing human capital operations/specialist functions
