Senior Manager, HR – Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions to support organizational goals and strategies. The Senior Manager, HR oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits and learning and development. The Senior Manager, HR will also promote a positive workplace culture. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effectively managing HR functions and supporting the organization's workforce.

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Advise management on HR-related issues and organizational development.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management initiatives.
• Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
• Establish and manage compensation and benefits schemes to attract and retain talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to enable organizational change and enhance employee commitment and capability.
• Direct organizational planning and development processes across the company.
• Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and legal requirements.
• Lead and develop HR staff to maintain competency through organizational changes.
• Work closely with corporate HR to align activities with corporate objectives.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure departmental objectives are met and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

Qualifications – Skills & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in any field, preferably in HR.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managerial capacity.
• With exposure in electronic manufacturing environment is additional advantage.
• Mature team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
• Possess strong collaboration skills to work cross functionally across all levels of the organization.
• Resourceful, positive & energetic with initiative.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
