JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Strategic Planning & Market Entry
- Develop and execute the phased go-to-market plan for diagnostics and medicalconsumables in SEA.
- Define strategic priorities and segment focus based on market mapping andinvestment readiness.
- Coordinate internal teams to build operational readiness (cleanroom, traceability,semi-assembly).
2.Customer Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and secure new business with target OEMs and CMs such as Abbott,Smith+Nebridge, Dexcom, Boston Scientific)
- Develop customer-specific value propositions to support molded parts, subassembly, and future EMS.
- Negotiate contracts, lead proposals, and manage commercial discussions withmedical device partners.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, QA, production, and finance to align projects withcustomer and regulatory requirements.
- Support CAPEX planning aligned to medical segment roadmap and regulatoryphase-in.
- Monitor medical market trends (diagnostics, wearables, surgical consumables) andidentify new growth areas.
- Map competition, track regulatory updates (MDA, FDA, ISO13485), and assesspositioning.
5.Performance Monitoring
- Track and report pipeline progress, revenue projections, and business developmentKPIs to management.
- Support preparation of board-level updates and investment proposals for medicalsegment expansion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong B2B business development track record with OEMs and multinationalcustomers.
- Deep knowledge of ISO13485, cleanroom manufacturing, sub-assembly and contractmanufacturing models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-functional project coordination skills.
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, pitch, and close complex medical manufacturing proposals.
