Job Accountabilities

Product & Solution Development
- Spearhead the development of new products, services, and business models addressing market and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure commercial viability, technical soundness, and ESG compliance.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings and solutions.

Strategic Corporate & Business Development
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercial and strategic partnerships, investments, and new market entry opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with regulators, industry partners, and investors to support long-term business growth.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new ventures and offerings.

Transformational Leadership
- Support business transformation initiatives focused on operational resilience and process excellence.
- Champion cultural change, capability building, and digital enablement across business units.
- Align transformation roadmaps with corporate goals and monitor execution.

- Lead cross-functional strategic programs from planning through implementation.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Qualifications. Required Experiences and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 15 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, product development, and business development.
- Experience in the construction industry, concrete & cement technology.
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with sustainability.
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and market forces.
- Strong project and change management capability.
- High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and navigate complex environments.
