Job description

1. Working collaboratively across organizational boundaries to deliver and provide strategic high level legal advice and support to the company, its subsidiaries and related companies.
2. Reporting to the management and the board of directors on all legal related matters concerning the Company, its subsidiaries and related companies.
3. Drafting, reviewing and solidifying legal letters, contracts, agreements and cause papers for the Company, its subsidiaries and related companies.
4. Manage litigation process including sourcing and coordinating external legal counsel.
5. Prepare legal opinion and conduct legal research as and when required.
6. Provide sound and strategic litigation and dispute resolution advice.
7. Leading and overseeing the in-house team and implement strategies to increase productivity of OGC.
8. To perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
