PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial risk management projects within the FRM team. You will work with clients across industries to design, implement and improve policies, processes and tools that enhance risk resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership with drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA scripting.
• Professional FRM and CFA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of financial risk management projects aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic advisory services using advanced analytics and tools.
• Manage and mentor a team of associates and seniors in a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes; advise clients on implications.
• Prepare and review detailed reports and client-facing documentation; communicate complex risk concepts clearly.
• Support leadership in business development, identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
