Job Descriptions
- Service Level Management (SLA/KPI): Ensuring accurate processing for DAISO Singapore entity within stipulated deadlines maintaining rigorous control over performance metrics, including processing speed, error rates, and cost reduction targets.
- Process Standardization & Migration: Leading projects to integrate Singapore entity and functions into the Shared Service Centre (SSC). The core value of this role lies in harmonizing disparate local workflows into a single, unified standard process.
- Digital Transformation (DX): The Malaysia SSC is currently transitioning away from manual tasks by accelerating the implementation of Microsoft ERP system “Dynamics Finance and Operation”. Lead and manage the end-to-end finance transformation projects using Dynamics 365 ERP.
- People Management: Leadership is key. Managing multinational and multilingual teams, with a primary focus on talent retention strategies to navigate the highly competitive Malaysian labour market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Provide expert guidance and support to finance teams during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) are generally considered essential.
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of accounting experience is required, including at least 5 to 10 years in a management role. Specific experience overseeing SSC or BPO operations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale ERPs such as Dynamics 365 (AX), SAP or Oracle is critical.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
- Candidate must be willing to be based at Pulau Indah, Selangor.
