A leading property development firm in Malaysia seeks a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and reporting. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accountancy and have at least 8 years of experience in the property development industry, including 3 years in external audit. To handle daily finance operations matters and assist in daily finance operations matters for property development projects.
To ensure timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, analyse and report variances to facilitate management decision making.
To prepare annual budget, business plan, profit and cash flow forecast and projection to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of finance performance and result.
To prepare, monitor and update project feasibility as and when required.
To be responsible for the computation and submission of tax returns to Inland Revenue Board in compliance with the Income Tax Regulations and Rules under Malaysian Income Tax Act.
To liaise with external and internal auditor, tax agent and financial institutions on related matters.
To perform special/ad‑hoc projects assigned by superior from time to time.
Degree in Accountancy.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in property development industry.
Preferably with minimum 3 years external audit experience.
Possesses knowledge on MFRS, financial reporting and forecasting.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous and good time management skill.
