Job description

The role is responsible for establishing and leading a centralized Financial Analysis Hub that supports multi-state operations through standardized reporting, accurate forecasting and data-driven insights. This position drives financial visibility, enhances decision-making and strengthens operational performance by delivering robust analytics, automated dashboards and consistent FP&A processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

1. Build & Lead the Financial Analysis Hub

Establish a centralized FP&A hub to support multi-state operations.

Design reporting structures, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics frameworks.

Implement standardization of financial reporting, planning templates, and variance analysis across all regions.

Identify and deploy automation opportunities (BI tools, ERP integrations, dashboard tools).

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.

Build financial models to support revenue planning, cost analysis, headcount planning, and investment decisions.

Partner with operational finance teams to validate assumptions and ensure accuracy.

3. Performance Reporting & Analysis

Deliver monthly financial performance packs, KPI dashboards and variance analyses.

Provide insight into trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.

Support state-level finance teams with weekly/monthly operations reviews.

4. Operations Finance Support (Multi-State)

Serve as the primary FP&A contact for regional finance leaders.

Provide decision support to operations teams (pricing, productivity, cost optimization, margin improvement).

Ensure alignment of financial goals and reporting across all states.

5.Strategic Initiatives & Business Support

Support strategic projects such as expansion planning, cost‑improvement programs, and process standardization.

Conduct scenario modeling and financial impact assessments for business decisions.

Provide financial leadership in cross‑functional initiatives.

6.Systems, Tools & Process Improvement

Enhance the use of ERP, BI, and dashboard‑ing systems.

Develop automated financial processes, improving accuracy and reducing processing time.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance.

Strong financial modelling capabilities with advanced analytical skills.

Experience supporting multi‑state or multi‑site business operations.

Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms).

Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1, Sage, Oracle, or Netsuite.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or an MBA.

Proven experience in building new FP&A functions or establishing centralized finance hubs.

Strong knowledge of automation tools, dashboard development, and data integration systems.

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently and design new processes from scratch.

Highly data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
