Overview

To oversee financial management and reporting for a group of subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Group financial strategy, policies, and governance requirements. The role supports Group leadership with financial insights and continuous improvement of finance processes across entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Group financial consolidation and monthly/annual reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for subsidiaries and coordinate alignment with Group targets
  • Ensure subsidiaries’ adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making at Group level
  • Review cash flow and working capital management; support optimisation initiatives and banking matters
  • Coordinate statutory audits and facilitate communication with auditors and tax authorities
  • Guide and support subsidiary finance teams to ensure standardisation and strong governance
  • Identify process enhancement opportunities and support finance transformation initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 8–12 years of finance experience, including exposure to Group reporting/consolidation
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficient in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
  • Statutory audit experience is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
