Responsibilities
- To support the business in planning the new facility setup or expansion project within the agreed completion lead-time with customer.
- To lead and organize contractors coordination meeting prior to the kick off of any facility new setup/ expansion to ensure smooth flow of facility setup project.
- To support the business by assessing the risk level of new project setup/ expansion project using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) during the project planning stage so as to minimize the risk level on the implementation stage.
- To support the business in maintaining the well being of facility and ensure zero downtime of facility & equipment operations.
- To work closely with the Subject Matter Experts for smooth flow of new facility setup based on the program schedule.
- To maintain close contact with the department heads and the staff to anticipate potential problems to meet the requests of customers and be pro-active to any changes to suit customers demand by identifying appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management & New Site Set Ups
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- Experience in Multisite & Multi-warehouse Operations is highly recommended
