Responsible for leading the organization’s ERP implementation, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring long‑term operational excellence of digital systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP blueprinting, requirement study, and solution design in collaboration with business users and external consultants.
- Drive process standardization and harmonization across departments and sites.
- Manage end‑to‑end ERP implementation and improvement across multiple phases, locations, and business units.
- Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure successful execution within budget.
- Facilitate cross‑functional coordination and resolve roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee UAT, data migration, system integration, and deployment readiness.
- Oversee ERP system administration, maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and lead an internal ERP support team to reduce reliance on external consultants.
- Ensure integration of ERP with other enterprise systems and digital applications.
- Monitor system performance, address issues proactively, and drive enhancements based on business needs.
- Establish governance frameworks for ERP usage, access control, and data integrity.
- Ensure system compliance with security standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of IT/ERP experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record leading ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Contract Management, Projects, etc.).
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, or digital form systems.
- Good understanding of system integration, data management, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
