Build digital products that transform healthcare.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Platform to lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of enterprise-scale healthcare digital products across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of product management, digital platforms, B2B eCommerce, and healthcare technology, with clear ownership for business outcomes.

You will shape scalable digital solutions that improve customer experience, drive revenue growth, and increase operational efficiency across our regional healthcare network.

General Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end digital product strategy for healthcare digital platforms, from product vision and roadmap through to execution and adoption.
  • Lead digital product management across a portfolio of B2B digital products, including eCommerce platforms, self-service portals, and data-driven services.
  • Prioritise product backlogs to balance global platform scalability with local market requirements.
  • Define and track product KPIs and OKRs, including adoption, usage, conversion, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with group, regional, and country teams to pilot, scale, and operationalise digital products across multiple markets.
  • Drive product adoption and change management through enablement, training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional agile product squads (product, engineering, UX, analytics, operations) using modern Agile / Scrum practices.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, data, architecture, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure robust, scalable, and secure platform delivery.
Functional Skills and Knowledge

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Platforms, or Product Owner roles within enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with B2B eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, APIs, platform architecture, and data & analytics.
  • Proven success delivering and scaling digital products across multiple countries or regions.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel digital experiences, customer journeys, and self-service platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholders in matrixed, multicultural organisations and drive change at scale.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership, translating strategy into execution and measurable business value.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare Distribution, or similar regulated industries.
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Digital Marketplaces.
  • Regional or global leadership exposure across APAC or multi-market environments.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
