We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Planning to join our team at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd'. This is a full-time role based in our Bangsar South office in Kuala Lumpur. In this strategic position, you will play a key role in shaping the company's long-term vision and driving our ambitious growth plans.

Main Purpose of Job

• Lead the Corporate Planning department to deliver corporate projects and initiatives in line with company policy and mid‑term plan.
• Support Head of Division in the execution of corporate exercises and group projects/initiatives.

Principles of Responsibilities & Duties

• Expansion of business domain, new business research, joint venture and merger and acquisition exploration.
• Undertake corporate exercises or group projects/initiatives including obtaining Board/EC approval, liaising with consultants/advisors, task forces and project management.
• Develop group corporate strategy to enhance market visibility and liquidity.
• Develop market and economy analysis to support strategy planning.
• Develop internal database to support strategy planning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies and business plans.
• Proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance management.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
