What You’ll Do

• Ensure the production machines and equipment operate smoothly without major stoppage.
• Be fully responsible for the machine, attending breakdown, upgrade or modification.
• Be proactive, able to troubleshoot problems to prevent loss of time or downtime.
• Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.
• Ensure to complete planned maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Assist the production technician during change over.
• Ensure spare parts are available and highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.
• Alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or may occur.
• Complete all work orders.
• Repair and maintain machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnose problems, disassemble units, clean, lubricate, repair, and replace parts.
• Work hands‑on, as a team, and help other maintenance personnel on facilities, boilers or WWTP as needed.
• Ensure full compliance according to KORE and SOP of the company.
• Compile safety rules and standards by CCBM.
• Ensure all PPE are used as requested and informed by CCBM Safety.
• Follow 5S standards, GMP, and maintain housekeeping at line and workshop.
• Perform any additional tasks as requested by the Executive or Manager.
• Exercise responsible and professional behaviour at all times and positively represent the company.
• Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.
• Be flexible in your job function and perform any reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Respond to changes in the Supply Chain Function as dictated by industry and company.

What You Bring

• Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling maintenance.
• Able to read electrical or mechanical drawings.
• Experience in process engineering and PID.
