Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Electronics /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronic engineering.
• 3–8 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, servo and automation systems.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment such as Die Attach, Wire Bond, Cure Oven, Junction Coat or similar assembly equipment.
• Knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Knowledge of OEE, MTBA, MTBF, MTTR; Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing while collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Willingness to support shift activities or respond to emergencies.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
• Machine design and product technology knowledge.
• Project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to support company objectives.
• Ensure high equipment uptime, reliability and availability for production equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Develop, optimize and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Support new equipment installation, qualifications, commissioning and technology transfers.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance documentation, calibration and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Lead equipment modification, cost reduction, and reliability improvement projects.
• Analyze equipment performance data and implement corrective actions to reduce costs.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
