Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience in electro-mechanical control systems, quality tools, Poka-Yoke, and TPM.
• Knowledge of wave soldering processes is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians perform daily startup tasks effectively.
• Maintain 5S and safety in maintenance area and tools trolley.
• Focus on soldering, coating, milling & gluing process improvements.
• Analyze major breakdowns and implement corrective actions (PDCA & PSS).
• Transfer technical knowledge to technicians.
• Act as auditee for internal & external audits.
• Close DLR meetings related to equipment issues.
• Involve in TPM for improvement projects.
• Lead TEF8.3 to implement LPA for maintenance topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Ensure technicians perform daily start up tasks constantly and effectively
• Ensure good 5S and safety on maintenance room, tools trolley and work area.
• To focus on Soldering, Coating, Milling & Gluing process improvement
• To perform deep analysis on major breakdown with effective corrective and preventive action (PDCA & PSS)
• Responsible for technical knowledge transfer to technician
• As auditee for internal & external audit
• To close all the DLR meetings OPL related to equipment or machinery related issues.
• Actively involved in BPS and TPM for improvement projects
• Lead TEF8.3 to implement LPA of maintenance topic for specific requirement
• Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
