What You’ll Do

To ensure the production machines and equipment’s operate in smooth without major stoppage.

To be fully responsible on the machine, attending breakdown, upgrading or modification.

To be proactive, able to troubleshoot problems to prevent lose time or downtime.

Do daily maintenance and update the checklist.

Ensure to complete the plan maintenance, preventive maintenance.

To learn and be competent to troubleshoot PLC systems.

Assist the production technician during change over.

To ensure spare parts are available and to highlight to the spare parts technicians on the requirements.

Responsible to alert the Maintenance Leader, Executive or the Manager of any unusual occurrence and /or damage that have taken place or may occur.

Responsible all work orders.

Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, and fans.

Repairs and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Diagnose problems. Disassembles units, cleans, lubricates, repairs, and replaces part

To be hands on, to work as a team and to help other Maintenance on Facilities, Boilers or WWTP as when as needed.

To ensure full compliance according to KORE and SOP of the company.

Strictly to compile to the safety rules and standards by CCBM.

Ensure all PPE are used as requested and informed by CCBM Safety.

Strictly to follow 5S standards, GMP and to maintain housekeeping at line and workshop.

perform any other additional tasks as and when requested by the Executive or Manager.

Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company.

Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.

Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.

Respond to changes in the Supply Chain Function as dictated by industry and company.

What You Bring

Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial Engineering preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience handling maintenance.

Able to read electrical or mechanical drawings.

Experience in process engineering and PID.
