About The Company

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works across project sites or facility operations.
• Review and validate M&E drawings, design proposals, and technical submissions to ensure compliance and constructability.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and M&E work sequences to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Oversee site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to approved specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and support testing, commissioning, handover, and quality assurance processes for M&E systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports, coordination reports, meeting minutes, and documentation to management.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and design conflicts; propose mitigation solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior coordinators and site personnel.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with regulatory codes, company policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in M&E coordination, construction projects, or building services.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and technical standards.
• Proven experience in managing contractors, design coordination, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, with strong leadership capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with data center, industrial, or commercial building projects is a strong advantage.
