Qualifications

  • STPM/Diploma required.
  • Certification in Communication Skill and SAP hands-on is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Disseminate updated information to warehouse operations timely.
  • Email and follow up with stakeholders on customer order updates.
  • Coordinate with customer for urgent orders.
  • Review audit trail reports for inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform system updates in WMS for on-hold parts.
  • Notify customers of shipment discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate rework/screening activities as necessary.
  • Maintain company documents and records.

Responsibilities
  • Disseminate updated information from Customer, Carrier to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
  • Email and follow-up phone call to update Customer, stakeholders on the latest development and milestone update of any customer orders and hub operation related issues.
  • Coordinate with customer on the Urgent/Exception pull and work with operation team to handover the goods on timely.
  • Review/troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform system update on timely and accurately on any request from Customer or their Suppliers to on-hold parts in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure the parts are segregated with proper label at on-hold location area.
  • Notify Customer on any shipment discrepancy via mail and follow-up by phone call for subsequent follow-up.
  • Respond to Customer or related parties email promptly.
  • Coordinate with Operation team if any rework/screening/scrap activities as per Customer requirement.
  • Properly file, update and maintain all company documents and records.
