Scope of Work:

Inbound Logistics Coordination

• Obtain freight quotations from approved service providers.
• Prepare cost comparison summaries and recommend the most cost-effective options.
• Coordinate inbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with internal procedures.

Outbound Logistics Coordination

• Request and evaluate freight quotations for outbound shipments.
• Provide cost comparison and logistics proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate export shipments in line with customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Customs & Compliance Management

• Prepare, submit, and manage all customs documentation and applications.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, including duties, exemptions, and related permits.
• Assign correct HS Codes for all import and export items.
• Maintain documentation accuracy to support audits and regulatory reviews.

License & Regulatory Submissions

• Handle Monthly M1/M2 submissions to relevant authorities.
• Oversee the Yearly M4 statutory submission.
• Manage and coordinate the renewal process for LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse), ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Financial & Invoice Validation

• Validate freight and logistics invoices to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
• Verify charges against quotations and service agreements.
• Work closely with Finance to resolve discrepancies promptly.

Logistics Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Review current procedures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure logistics operations support overall supply chain performance.
