About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Order Coordinator to support Vertiv’s manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in managing the full order lifecycle— from validation and system entry to delivery and invoicing— ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams across Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end order process—validation, data entry, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with factory planning, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate order data in Oracle ERP and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Support revenue recognition, KPI tracking, and reporting through Oracle and Power BI.
  • Participate in process improvement and system enhancement projects to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer order coordination, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP / Oracle / SAP systems is required (Oracle training will be provided).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
  • Excellent coordination, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
