Job summary

A leading tech company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Linux/Unix Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying software, providing operational support, and troubleshooting server issues. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with Linux/Unix administration, cloud technologies, and active participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The candidate should have a background in server support and be proficient in using automation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in server and application support.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience supporting Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy in-house developed software and configuration changes to Linux/Unix servers.
• Provide operational support across a suite of production systems and services.
• Proactively monitor system logs and respond to incidents.
