Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure existing customer IT System, Microsoft Servers, VMware, Hyper V, Microsoft Exchange, NAS storage, SAN Storage, Backup Software and others
• Prepare customer existing IT setup documentation
• Post sales function on Project implementation, installation, configuration, ensure satisfactory project delivery and hand over
• Vendor and internal Resources Co-ordination
• Will need to work at customer sites during IT outsource projects

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Certification MCSE, VMware, Backup software certification, Server certifications will be an added advantage
• Preferred skill(s): Server installation, MS Server and MS SQL setup, VMware, Hyper-V, Backup software (Symantec, Acronis or others) setup, PC setup.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 4 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicants will have to be prepared to schedule for off office hour standby and outstation.
