The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in corporate advisory and regulatory compliance within the Oil & Gas sector. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and directives, and managing disputes. A Bachelor's Degree in Law is required. Strong negotiation and communication skills in English are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate legal advisory, compliance, and contract negotiation within Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial law, PETRONAS regulations, Malaysian corporate laws, and international legal standards.
• Strong experience in dispute resolution and litigation management.
