Qualifications

• Candidate must have a recognized Bachelor's or Master's in Law.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a legal counsel or senior legal associate.
• Excellent communication skills to present legal issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on corporate agreements and legal documents.
• Handle legal enquiries and provide qualified legal opinions.
• Integrate legal and compliance matters into business strategies.
• Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance.
• Assist the Head of Department in legal matters.
