Selected candidate(s) will be exposed to as wide a range of work as possible in real estate transactions including projects development. This is a great opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong foundation in conveyancing practice with aims to grow as a leader and to handle files and/or projects effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in conveyancing practice and procedure
• To handle and monitor related project and/or sub‑sale conveyancing and lean matters
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Great organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, follow‑up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of the team
