Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Landscape to oversee landscape works across project sites in Malaysia. You will supervise daily activities, ensure plant health, safety compliance, and coordinate with teams to maintain quality and timely handovers.

The role supports Eco World’s digitalization journey by applying digital solutions to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and output quality at site level.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or site supervision.
• Experience supervising general workers and managing landscape implementation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities and ensure plant health and site cleanliness.
• Coordinate tools, materials and subcontractors; ensure safety and design standards are met.
• Maintain logs, draft progress reports and assist handover activities.
