Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related fields.
• 2‑4 years’ experience in business development, category and/or account management, e‑commerce, or retail.
• Proven track record in negotiation and revenue‑driving campaign execution.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; strong with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage key sellers to drive long‑term and short‑term business goals.
• Align campaign objectives with sellers, integrating into marketing calendar.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Create and execute a strategic plan that delivers on business opportunities.
• Produce performance reports for senior management visibility.
• Improve operational levers with sellers and internal teams.
• Review seller catalogs to ensure content meets guidelines.
• Coach and train junior team members on seller management best practices.
