The role is to improve the performance and partner experience across the entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:
  • Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the assigned region
  • Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance
  • Single point of contact for all VIP/ High net worth partners business
  • Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance-approved responses to partner when requested.
  • Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner
  • Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market
  • Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market
  • Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth
  • Adhere to Axi's Code of Conduct, Compliance and Risk, and Axi's policies and procedures with excellent partner experience.
  • Conduct Training / QA for new joining KAM and team members, effective handling of escalations when necessary
Are you the one?
  • At least 3-5 years of Sales experience in similar industry.
  • Must be able to speak in fluent Korean and English.
  • Knowledge about the Korean market.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
