Job description

Responsibilities

- To ensure timely evaluation of tender / quotation and award to the respective contractors / sub- contractors / supplier.

- Follow up tender documents/quotation and prepare cost comparison for standard items.

- To assist in joint site measurement & work done verification.

- To liaise and coordinate with project site team on project progress, cost control, variations and contractual matters.

- Assist to prepare claims, payments, VOs & etc.

- Filing documentations, Tender & Construction Drawings. Other related duties as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy with.

Spirit of teamwork with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work at Taman Desa, Jalan Klang Lama.
