Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in payment processing, finance, or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Experience in a cryptocurrency company, preferably in PSP, C2C/P2P, or client withdrawals.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred, as projects are mainly in Chinese language.

We’re seeking a Payment Support Specialist with experience in payment processing, finance, or crypto transactions, ideally in PSP, C2C/P2P, or client withdrawals. Strong analytical skills, fintech/AI/automation knowledge, and familiarity with trading, blockchain payments, and KYC/AML compliance are a plus. What you’ll be working on:

• Manage and optimize Payment Service Provider (PSP) integrations for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Oversee C2C/P2P payment operations, ensuring smooth and secure settlements.
• Handle Spot & Fiat transactions as an added responsibility.
• Maintain and enhance payment processing systems, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Process and verify client withdrawal requests, ensuring accurate and timely fund transfers.
• Support and troubleshoot deposit transactions as an additional responsibility.
• Monitor withdrawal-related transaction records to detect fraudulent activities and compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on withdrawal processes, payment delays, and disputes.
• Track, reconcile, and analyze transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related issues efficiently.
• Implement fraud detection measures to enhance security.
• Continuously improve payment processes using Fintech, AI, and Automation solutions for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Generate reports on payment activity trends, inefficiencies, and processing performance.
• Train team members on payment processing advancements, compliance updates, and automation best practices.
• Share insights on emerging payment technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma or higher in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in payment processing, finance, or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Must have experience in a cryptocurrency company, preferably in PSP, C2C/P2P, or client withdrawals.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as projects are mainly in Chinese language.
• Knowledge of trading, investment, forex, blockchain payments is a plus.
• Familiarity with PSPs, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Fintech, AI, and Automation.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
